DUKE APARTMENTS

Duke Apartments, Collingwood, is an architecturally crafted, small residential development that speaks directly to the context of the site and surrounds, its industrial history and the character of its built form.

Our building design responds to contemporary life and, in particular, to our society’s changing expectations to residential living within an urban context. We seek to present apartments of a size, layout and quality that make a significant contribution to this inner city area, and which also form a key part of our commitment to an integral sustainable development model.
